Katsouranis tallies in Benfica win

Kostas Katsouranis notched his first goal for Benfica since early December, as the Greece international kick started his side’s 2-0 Portugal League cup win against Vitoria Guimaraes on Wednesday.

The 29-year-old put Benfica ahead after just nine minutes with a sharp header beating the Guimaraes keeper. A late strike from Carlos Martins sealed the victory for Benfica, who cruise into the next round to meet up with Belenenses.
